How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Livesunable Floor Coating should be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How a call or message with Livesunable Floor Coating went
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The behavior of a provider we referred you to
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by telling the provider in writing, and keep copies of what you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Still, Livesunable Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@livesunable.property and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens Next
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter. That may include speaking with the provider. Afterward, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You're Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second look. You can also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau in your area. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
