Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

This disclaimer applies to everything on livesunable.property. Please read it before you rely on anything here. It is a general template and not legal advice.

We Refer, We Don't Install

Livesunable Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. We do not grind, repair, coat or seal floors. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, never by Livesunable Floor Coating.

A Referral Is Not an Endorsement

Being referred does not mean we back a provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost, look or lifespan of any provider's work. We also cannot say that a provider will have room for your job at a certain time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

Read This as General Information

What you read here is general information. It is not professional, engineering, legal or financial advice. No two slabs are alike. Moisture, cracks, old coatings and weather can all change what a floor needs, much like a wall may need different paint depending on what is under it. Talk with a qualified provider about your own floor.

About Prices

Prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Your price depends on the size of the floor, its condition, the prep needed and the system you pick. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work starts.

How Coatings Perform

A coating's performance depends on surface prep, product choice, application and how the floor is used. Descriptions here, such as stain or UV resistance, are general and differ from product to product. Ask the provider about the exact products and warranty for your project.

Staying Safe

Floor coating work involves grinding dust and chemical products. Follow the provider's directions about keeping out of the work area, airing out the space and waiting for cure times.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Livesunable Floor Coating when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site correct and up to date. We cannot promise it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
