Who You Talk To

When you reach out, you are routed to an independent coating provider in our network. Think of it like a front desk that sends you to the right room. The provider is the one who talks with you about your floor, your schedule and your quote.

What the Provider May Ask

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider picture your slab before anyone visits.

  • How big is the floor, and is it a garage, patio or indoor space?
  • Is there old paint, a past coating, cracks or oil stains?
  • Does the floor ever feel damp or look chalky?
  • What look do you want, and how will you use the space?
  • When would you like the work done?

A few photos of the floor can help a lot. Snap them in good light before you talk, and jot down any stains, cracks or damp spots you have noticed.

Questions to Put to the Provider

You can ask questions too. A patient provider will be glad to answer.

  • How will you prep the slab, and why that method?
  • How do humid weather and summer storms change your schedule?
  • How long before I can walk on it, and drive on it?
  • What does the written quote include?
  • What happens if the coating peels or bubbles later?

Good answers are clear and simple. If something sounds fuzzy, ask again.

The Decision Is Yours

There is no obligation. You can compare more than one quote, wait, or say no. Livesunable Floor Coating does not do the work and does not choose for you.
